45 degree riser
I am almost blind in my right eye, but find it very awkward trying to shoot my rifle left handed. This adapter allows my red dot sight to be used with my LEFT eye while shooting right handed. Works perfectly. I did not realize it was a China made item, but quality seems excellent. My only complaint is that the attachment screw is METRIC and there is NO allen wrench included with the item. Fortunately, I had a set of metric allen wrenches but many people may not and would have to go purchase a set just to be able to tighten the adapter. This item NEEDS to come supplied with the metric allen wrench needed to tighten the screw. Other than that, I've fully satisfied with it.

For KELTEC SUB-2000 rail
If you want to keep the full "foldability" can't mount about anything on the top rail. This let you add one more accessory.
My setup. MAGPUL vertical grip, this mount for Relex sight, then most forward-green laser sight. Got it all. Works great.
