Most Helpful Positive Review Good scope for handgun
This scope was mounted onto a CVA 300 blackout pistol. Overall fit and finish are good. Mounting was simple and seems solid. Accuracy is great! This scope was able to be dialed in within minutes. Britghtness and clarity are good.

I purchased this truglo red dot for a cva accura 50 cal muzzleloader I have and it's already installed and bore sighted and ready for final sighting in I like this type of site on short hunting trips in heavy woods and short quick shots on deer this type of optic is great... THANKS... also it was shipped fast and received in great condition... THANKS AGAIN .

40 mm Truglo Red Dot Sight

Have had similar sights before. Mounted this on a Traditions Strikerfire MZLDR. Sight would not fit on Traditions Weaver rail. Mounted a 2 piece weaver base which lined up with sight base…. The cross links did not fit the Weaver slots…. Modified the cross links until they fit properly. Should not be advertised as fitting Weaver bases…only picatinny rails. One shot and right on at 75 yards. Meets Utahs ban on optics over one power…
Pros:
  • Easily adjustable nice dot
Cons:
  • Hard fit on Weaver mounts.
Best Used for:
  • Mzldr hunting in Utah

great red dot for the price

Got two of these TruGlo red dot sights on sale and am really impressed with the quality and design of these optics. The ease of use and adjustment, brightness of the dot and control of glare etc compare to much more expensive options. Great to pair with magnifying assessors. Good “BANG” for the buck.

Great scope

The true glo 40mm red dot sight has a little weight to it. It Is made well. It Holds true. Great sight picture. I've been shooting threw it about 3 weeks and love it. I recommend it to someone looking for a nice red dot for a really reasonable price
