As noted in other reviews, when adjusting the reostat, at the lower end the light source started to flicker and go off prior to the designated end, but also mentioned in other reviews was the fix, unscrew the battery cap and delicately adjust (pull out) the battery contacts so that they make good contact with the battery as you adjust the reostat.
Pros: 4 reticles - 2 colors, easy to change
