Not bright at all
I bought the sights to replace the stock Glock 19 sights. Total dark you can see the sights likewise in bright sunlight. I like the big orange front sight. Unfortunately anything in between they are just not very visible. Do not buy these if it rains a lot where you live! Honestly I am not happy wit...

Bright Sights for Old Eyes!
This is my second set of TruGlo Brite-Site TFX Pro Sight Set For Glock I have bought from Optics Planet. I use tritium sight in the past and prefer BIG front dots to quickly line-up on the target. Once I got to examine fiber optic sights in a gunshop and my gunsmith recommended them. I took the plunge- and DON'T REGRET IT FOR ONE MOMENT! The most recent set are on a Glock 34 Gen4 .40. In daylight, the bight dots are easy to pick up and put on center mass quickly. The contrast between the green front dot with a red outline helps to focus attention and alignment. Sturdy construction and the fiber optic stems will stay within the housing, which is a plus. I highly recommend them to older shooters who need it. The price is reasonable for the quality of build and the performance.
Pros:
- Bright sight picture, sturdy construction.
Cons:
- N/A
Best Used for:
- Defensive and Competitive Shooting

truglo tfx pro tritium+fiber optic handgun sights
Greetings:
It only took me 3 years. But I finally mounted my NOS Truglo tritium + fiber optic sights to my Glock 27, personal carry firearm. I love them. First of all, it is extremely important to have access to one of the “sight pusher” type sight pusher presses to install this type of sight into the tight fit dovetail slot on your firearm slide. Save yourself some $$$ & anguish. Do not attempt to beat the rear sight body into your handgun slide. You might have some degree of success getting it in there. But you won’t like the end result. It will look like a$$ & you will void your sight warranty. I use a Real Avid “Master Sight Pusher” press which I also bought thru Optics Planet for around $150.00. Yeah, it hurt at that moment of purchase, but it’s paid for itself many times over since it arrived. It works really well. Anyway, I installed my new sights & they look great, easy to find sight picture, the sight dots hug the slide very close to the way the factory originals did. The fiber optics provide ample glow in the dim daylight, bright sunshine or the fluorescent lighting conditions at the indoor range I frequently visit. Then, at night or otherwise “dark” conditions, the Tritium Night Sights put off a comfortable glow that facilitates a nice sight picture. Also, I really like the reverse angle machined/formed into the leading edge of the rear sight. This would be very useful in the event I would be incapacitated & only have use of one shooting hand/arm. Simply hook that ...

TFX Pro Night Sights for Glock
Highly recommend. Definitely the best night sights out there. The reason that I gave the product 4 instead of 5 stars is that when shooting indoors under artificial light, the sights are somewhat difficult to pick up. Outside during full sun or complete darkness, they’re great.

Great when it's dark
These sights are good in day light and great when it's really dark. I have worn luminox watches for years and shoot archery alot. So sights with fibers and tritium bulbs sounded great. It's really easy to see my gun on the night stand, but low light indoors and outdoors is absolute garbage. It seems like it's not dark enough for the tritium to brighten the fiber and not enough day light to light them up either. I'd still carry a gun with a light if you plan on running these sights on your carry gun.
