big, bright, just have a pistol to match
Up front, while I put this on a Glock 26, it really shouldn't be. As a subcompact, having tall sights meant for something with a suppressor, these are way too tall for something that's typically reserved for concealed carry. I mean if you have a 26 and put a suppressor on it, more power to you.

Supperrsor sights
These sights are ugly! The tritium and fiber optic combo is awesome! But the way they sit and are angled on the gun are hideous. I have sent them back and will be buying a different set of TruGlo sites.
Does not allow the mounting of an optic
The sights themselves are great and work as well as one could hope, but most people purchasing suppressor height sights are likely doing so for the purpose of contesting with an optic. The rear sight on these does not allow for that as there’s an overhang of about an eight inch blocking the optic. Other than that, I’d recommend these. Just not to anyone hoping to use them with an optic.

You've got to know how to make these work
Ok, these are NOT sights for your first time builder or amateur. You can make these work in ways you never thought possible, but you need experience. If I could post a picture of a good build I would. 2 things-1 They look big and ugly at first. That gets remedied with the right build. 2- If you want these to work with an MOS red dot you'll need to do a little bench grinding work and then polish and apply cold blue for ALUMINUM (even though they're steel- it just works better) or, you'll need to hot blue them.

TruGlo TFX site for Glock 17
Very bright and easily readable sights. Very easy to install using a sight tool. I would recommend obtaining a calibration ruler to ensure rear sight is properly spaced and aligned. There are a lot of sights out there so do your research. For me the quality of the TruGlo line stood out. Price point is a little higher than other brands, however as Im using this sight on my carry pistol, the higher cost is worth the comfort of reliability.
Pros:
- Very well made
- excellent sight picture day or night
Cons:
- None
Would recommend: Yes
Pistol sights
Just not a big fan of how they look on the gun. They stick out past the slide in the rear makes the gun look ridiculous. It’s not what I had in mind for sight for my first gun build actually kinda disappointing I’m impatient and wanted my gun to be completed now I have to buy another set of sights and wait to shoot it but it is what it is I’d just like to return them and get my money back so I can get the sights that I’ll like.

Truglo Brite-Site TFX
Great product, fast shipping, great sights for my Glock 26, improved accuracy in low light conditions and makes concealed carry more secure. I would definitely recommend this product and Optic Planet for future firearm related purchases.

TruGlo sights are great
These sights are great. I recently put them on one of my guns and I put a few hundred rounds down range with them and I was still hitting the target at point of aim. These sights are really easy to pick up during the day time and low light. They look a little odd being as tall as they are on a smaller pistol.
Pros:
- Easy sight acquisition
Cons:
- They look odd on smaller pistols
Best Used for:
- Larger pistols
Would recommend: Yes
