I received the sight, and it included 3 screws to mount to the rail (only requires 2) but only ONE tightening nut, whereas two are needed. I contacted TruGlo via their online submission form, and they replied with a link to start a warranty claim, and to send that along with printed out pictures of the defect. So I called the main number and told the representative that I just needed the tightening nut. This is probably a 5 cent item. She said she couldn't help me, but I would need to return the entire sight for a refund. I asked if it was possible to just mail me a 5 cent nut, and she said she didn't have access to parts. So I said "are you going to let 5 cents determine if I will continue to be a TruGlo customer?" She said "sorry, have a nice day".

I guess this is what happens when smaller reputable companies sell out to larger companies, and then they try to cut costs however they can, without thinking about the "big picture" to the client for long-term business. I will never buy another TruGlo product, and will caution anyone else to stay away. I would advise Optics Planet and their consumers to stay clear of TruGlo.
