The product look great, the fit was perfect and the laser and light were bright. Only issues were the light only option did not work and one of the battery cover would not fit and close. Returned for an exchange, hopefully the exchange item is checked for functionality.

A follow up to previous review. Received a new mount kit from Truglo in the mail. Very good customer service from Truglo, with in a few days received it. The replacement threaded screw is the same as the original however, I figured out why the the first broke besides the thin screw head. When latching the QD lever a little clockwise pressure on it will help it sear properly. Found that it wasn’t quite parallel with the mount and it was pushing against the mount itself instead of going into the place it was supposed to go. Mount is now secure with no broken parts. Would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a light/laser without breaking the $100 mark. I have ordered numerous items from Optics Planet and they have always had very good service. Decided to contact Truglo instead of returning it since it was Truglo’s problem and not Optics Planet. So five stars for Optics Planet! I’m sure they would have exchanged it without difficulties. Keep up the good deals!

Bought this for AR pistol build. Wanted a light/laser combo that was compact. Saw this and since Truglo has some decent products decided to give this a try. It comes with manual controls for right or left hand shooters as well as a stick on touch pad. Very easy to change out too. Light is bright enough for home defense. The item that only gives this three stars is the mounting system. One side had a QD lever while the other has the screw head for adjusting the tension. Originally only had a 3 slot pic rail for it. It definitely has more stability with a 5 slot rail. When I switched those rails and put the light/laser back. Slowly tightened the QD lever and half the screw head came off. Looking at the screw head reveals very little meat where the slot is cut in the head. And since it is aluminum it was no wonder it broke. Contacted Truglo directly and they are sending out new mounting hardware. Don’t have it yet but they were very helpful. The sight still stayed put when I took it to the range. Light and laser were good. Will probably put a little blue picture on the elevation and windage adjustment screws once sight in completed. They turn very easy, are somewhat protected, but think they will move from use. Battery usage looks good so far as well.

Came in as advertised good light and laser. Laser needed very little adjustment on my P220 and after a couple hundred rounds still dead on. Nice to have optional backplates and light / laser options. Can’t beat price point.

Instructions say laser was centered at the factory so very little adjustment would be required. Properly Mounted on pistol laser was 10” left of sights at 10 feet. Checked windage adjustments and found it was already maxed toward the right I assume at the factory! Tried it on another gun with the same result. Disappointed because the unit while slightly larger than expected was light weight, solid, good light and controls with a nice solid mount. To bad their quality control was lax on my specific unit because I liked everything else about it. Can’t comment on durability as it was never exposed to recoil.

Great product for the price just got the laser dialed in at the range ran 200 rounds through my pistol and it held zero fine the light is as bright as I’ll ever need and I didn’t have to spend $200 plus for it every truglo product I’ve ever bought has been first rate from tritium sights to bow sights

Great light and laser for the money. I have installed these on many of my customers handguns and they love them. They are not the smallest light but they work great. The laser is easy to adjust and the light is very bright.

Good quality gun light. Compact and user friendly offering a lot of options in one small package. Mounted this on a AR15 for home defense use. Shines plenty of light for that purpose and the option of using the light and laser separately, or combined is a nice feature. Also can easily be adapted to right hand or left hand use. Quickly removable, and can be used on multiple gun applications. Common battery and easily replaceable.

The Truglo Tru Point Laser/Light Combo PERFORMS as Advertised! High Quality and Affordable. Simple to mount to my IWI Jericho 941 PSL and holds zero through over 250 rounds to this point. Great for home defense.
