TruGlo Tritium Pro Handgun sight set for 1911 Novak 260/500 front/rear height
Easy to install with a couple simple hand tools. Front sight is brighter in the center, which makes it easier to pick up and focus on when bringing them up into your sight line. White ring does the same for day use. Only thing that might cause someone trouble is the rear sight height must've changed from the factory RIA 1911's (probably my fault by ordering incorrectly). This changed the point of impact from 50 yards to 100 yd. I'm fine with that since I was able to adjust within a couple magazines of ammo, now it's automatic for me. Not target sights but they are easy to see allowing me to place rounds on target with a higher degree of accuracy and speed.

Look good so far. Straight forward install, a little filing, fit up, repeat as needed. Good value. Peace of mind, at night, in moose country. Wouldn't suck for more urban dangers. If it'll works for moose it will in the city.

- Able to align sights at night.
- Having them and never using them in worst case scenario.
Cons:
- Having to use them for reals
- Hip shooting
- Not having them
Best Used for:
- Hitting target with pistol in low light or night conditions
- Defence purposes
