This is the first Trulock choke that I have purchased but is highly regarded in multiple forums and by Randy Wakeman. After patterning with steel and lead I understand why. It produced very consistent patterns at 35 yards with Winchester #8 lead target load and #2 and #4 steel Federal load. What I was most impressed with was the fewer number of stray shot around the edges of the pattern, even for the inexpensive lead loads. It also shot to point of aim in my Beretta A300, which is equally important. This usually implies that your barrel and choke are concentric. I will be purchasing more Trulock in the future.
