Pace Counter..... Old School ?? .....Or Not ??
OK, So , the only reason I gave this product four stars instead of five is that the old ones I have are a little more robust. However the functionality of this product is fine.
Clearly this is "Old School" technology. A pace counter, a compass, and a watch, and you can navigate your way around the anywhere on land. Works great for search and rescue Box Patterns and of course keeping track of how many times you wish you had your GPS .
Yes a GPS works way better till it or the batteries fail. Toss this in your survival kit and forget it till you need it. It always turns on.
