Super Tight
I attempted to install on a Luth AR barrel, and it would not fit. After taking measurements of the barrel diameter and inside diameter of the gas block, they were right on. I tried to heat up the gas block, but it didn't make a difference. Lubed up both barrel and inside of gas block, no success. I ended up using a Dremel tool with a felt pad and jeweler's rouge to polish the inside of the block and that was the work-around. It still fitted tight at the gas port opening but was able to use only hand strength to set it in place. The exterior is on the rough side, but not a deal breaker for me. So, if it won't go on, don't force it on. Either polish the inners or try and heat it up longer and get it super-hot, lastly, send it back. I did give it a "Yes" for the recommendation, but it may take some effort to install if you are up for the challenge. These days, it seems nothing is easy.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- Installation was not quick or easy as with other brands of gas blocks.

Gas block bent or missed machined.
I purchased the gas block before my barrel and couldn’t tell that hole for the barrel was slightly bent or missed machined. At first I thought bought the wrong size but at second glance the hole was off substantially. I have sent it off for a return and awaiting what the say.

works great.
Had to order this for a 6.5 build and it matched perfectly with its low profile slipped right on and was ready to go.
