I purchased this slide for my G45 non MOS, the price was good and I wanted to add a red dot. This is the first time I’ve done a aftermarket slide. When it arrived it looked very well machined and the fit was perfect. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with the optic cover plate. I tried ordering others but they do not fit. I searched TRYBE’s website and it shows the slides come with the cover but couldn’t find it separately for purchase. Would have been 5 stars except for that. The company is excellent and would definitely recommend them.

I bought the slide back in August of 25 and I knew that some smithing would most likely have to be done to ensure proper fitting and cycling BUT little did I know to what extent. The fit for the cycling of the barrel was atrocious out of the box-the slide would essentially snag and mar barrel hood so much that I had to sand down many high spots-mostly around the top vents to garner enough room for a smooth cycle. I spent a couple weeks firing at least 50 rounds every other day to try and get a good break in with hopes of the slide eventually smoothing out on its own the remainder of the way. After 450 rounds I felt confident that it was getting broke in just fine and that it should be smooth sailing from then on until I went to do my cleaning and saw the crack on the left side of the ejection port making it a useless piece of metal now. Quality control is obviously non existent with the lack of awareness in the differing levels of thicknesses and then weakness in the metal itself leading to the crack. Cheap price gets you cheap quality. Be warned.

So let's start out with I was looking for budget friendly, I know that's not always were you want to be but.... that's where some of us are. The second part is I bought it for my G19 Gen 4. Which I'm finding difficult to stay in a budget friendly realm. I thought I finally found something with positive reviews and affordability. Took some time to get it to the range due to swapping some OEM parts and scheduling. When I was finally able to get it out i was severely disappointed. Due to the design flaw or horrible craftsmanship my slide with all the factory parts did not allow my barrel to sit level cause all my shots to be low and right of center. I thought maybe my sights were off. But those were replaced by a certified gunsmith. Maybe my trigger? Nope the consistency of the grouping negates that. Then after the range I found rubbing points on my barrel where it was causing friction from the slide. When I first installed the slide I was worried due to the tightness on the factory lower. Some said it needed to be broken in, which I brushed off and made sure everything was oiled appropriately. After the first range visit I found horrible wear to my lower and the slide grooves. I contacted Trybe directly, but yet to hear from them. Next im going to contact Opticsplanet for return or replace.

The slide itself is great, fits very well on my Glock 19X. However, the holes that were milled in the slide are too small for the mounting screws that came with my DPP. I’ll either have to take it to a machine shop to have it milled to the correct size or try to find screws at a hardware store that will work.

Got this to have an extra optic cut slide for my 19x, decent quality, feels good to go, having shot it yet since install, install was pretty straight forward, great deal for the price.

After reading the reviews, i tried canceling my order, but I'd was too late. When the slide arrived, it looked amazing. There were no imperfections on it, no leftover burrs, the parts swapped over perfectly. The only issue i had was the optic mount, i refused to cut or modify the slide in any way, so i just tapped the optic on and it fit perfectly, the screws lined up with my optic. You will need to fire the weapon or rack the slide slot so you can wear off some of the ceracoat in spots for smoother operation. All in all im happy with the slide, it looks really awesome and feels high quality. I would recommend.

Started off a little rocky — I originally received a Gen 5 slide instead of the Gen 3, even though I picked the correct item. But the return process was smooth, and I ended up repurchasing and finally received the correct item. Now that I’ve got the right slide, I absolutely love it. It looks awesome and is the perfect upgrade to my Glock 19. The fit and finish are clean, and it gives the pistol a sleek, custom feel without breaking the bank. Functionally solid, aesthetically sharp. Definitely recommend it.

I like the style, and it went together with no issues. Looks good and is a very cost-effective way of getting the MOS built into the slide at a good price. very happy with this product.
