Most Helpful Positive Review Great Slide!
The slide is beautiful and seems to be very well constructed. When compared to the OEM Glock slide the cuts are perfect! It cycles good with the OEM 17lb Guide rod spring but some ammo wouldn't allow for last round open. I installed a 15lb spring and is working flawlessly now. Time will tell but I...

Most Helpful Negative Review Slide function
The product is well made, however it will not function without issues. I have not taken this to a gunsmith yet to work on the issues. The slide fits perfectly but it does not cycle without jamming while shooting. I have oiled and cleaned it several times but no improvements.

RSMc optic cut is flat with NO optic recoil support studs

by PJ, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on May 22, 2026
This slide is nice unless you plan on installing a Holosun optic! I had a terrible time trying to mount a 2 different Holosun 507k optics to it! The optic cut for the slide doesn't have any kind of protruding studs that mate with the impressions in the bottom of the optic to help maintain zero due to recoil. When I bolt down the optic since the holes are countersunk you can't hold it straight & simply tighten the screws because the countersunk holes pull it straight with the poorly drilled holes! The optics reticle is visibly off to the left roughly 12 inches over 10 feet & there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it that I am aware of!

manufacturing Error

by Chris Spencer, Verified Owner from AL, United States Written on May 13, 2026
Unfortunately I love the look of the slide but when I tried to place the firing pin inside the slide it would not sit properly and would not function. Hopefully the manufacturer fixes this issue. Would love to buy from them once the issue is fixed.

not a bad slide

by Big G, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on February 17, 2025
i took a risk with buying this slide. i read mixed reviews on it. for me it turned out pretty well. it cycles fine with factory OEM barrel and spring. it does not like a faxon threaded barrel. but for me it works great. just know you are running a risk with all the mixed reviews but i would buy again. came with extra screws for optic cut as well.

I am very pleased with the slide. It dresses up the Glock nicely. Seems to function and optics fit well.

Looking sharp AF

by STEF, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on July 20, 2024
I was on the wall about The whole windows or no windows on a pistol slide but... that Was immediately settled once I slapped it on. They did a good job with this one. My swampfox, with the duster on,fit perfectly. I had to do light sanding with my dremmel On the firing pin safety due to the cerakote finish. Other than that, I'm way past the break in and she's running like a "lightly" oiled machine. Good job guys!!

trybe 43x slide

by David Mathis, Verified Owner from IN, United States Written on July 2, 2024
Nice slide, people are complaining about it not wanting to chamber a round, I found this to be true BUT it’s because new the internal slide that catches the back of the round is also coated in the “finish” of the slide which the shell casing sig into, I took a fine little piece of sand paper and smoothed the finish off of it so it on the metal of the actual slide! Works flawlessly! Also have to remember these slides are made “to spec OR BETTER than original slides” therefor they need to be broke in caused of tight tolerances and the “finish” on the slide itself! ‍♂️ works great!

Hopefully just an error.

by Carlos Martinez, Verified Owner from GA, United States Written on June 19, 2024
I was impressed with the aesthetic and the build quality of the slide. As I was moving all the slide pieces from the standard slide to the Trybe slide I ran into some issues. The firing pin safety would not fit into the hole as it was milled by TRYBE. Thinking it was installer error, I took it to my departments firearms team, all certified Glock Armorers. They collectively tried to get the safety pin to work with no effect. The hole milled into the slide was too tight.
