Update to my previous 1 star review - TRYBE Defense AR-15 Magnite Go Fast Ultra Lightweight M-LOK Handguard w/ Cut Top Rail

I previously left a 1 star review for the barrel nut being out-of-spec. Optics planet's customer service sent out a replacement barrel nut the next day. The replacement barrel nut was in-spec and did work. Overall, Optics Planet has been great to work with and I am happy with the rail itselft. The barrel nut leaves a lot to be desired. I did a 5 star rating to balance out my original 1 star rating, which results in an average 3 star review. I do think this currently is a 3 star product due to the barrel nut. However, I ended up using a Midwast Industries barrel nut which is lighter and about $15. There is less surface area than the original Trybe barrel nut, but I was going for a budget friendly lightweight build, so I cared more about weight than strength. The magnesium rail is about 4.4 ounces, and with the Midwest Industries barrel nut, the total was 6.3oz, which was perfectly acceptable for a budget LW AR15 rifle. I used Loctite 620 on the barrel nut after function testing to give additional strength. Overall I think the rail worked for what I wanted. A 5lb rifle that ended up costing less than $700 due to sales, deals and shopping around.
