Great barrel at a great price

Pros: really the barrel shot great. Not a hiccup and was very accurate. For the price its worth giving it a shot(ha, see what i did there?)

Cons: I used the barrel with 2 different M&P slides. One optic ready one stock. The stock slide had no issues the barrel fit fine. However it would get stuck in the optic ready slide. The top of the chamber would get stuck. That could have been an M&P tolerance issue and not really the barrel.

Either way a little bit of filing and then the barrel fit like a glove and functioned perfectly

Barrel lock up is correct.

Bought another slide with suppressor sights from S&W. Inserted my standard barrel from my original slide and it patterned as a barrel with early unlocking. Installed the Trybe barrel and it corrected it. Shot groups were centered and touching like a M&P should. Tight groups at 7, 10 and 15 yards. Very happy with the quality, accuracy and price. I was thinking of buying 2 more for my full size M&P Metals but I've already fitted barrel to them. I wish I have known about Trybe barrels prior to purchasing a competitors barrels, would have saved a lot of money. Worth it.

Trybe M&p 4” barrel

It was Super easy to install and it was a great price for a spare/backup barrel. Now time to get some rounds down it and break it in! I’m Hoping to get decent accuracy from it but mainly just bought it for use on my little range.
