Bought this for my M&P 2.0 Compact Optic Ready, which has a 4.0-inch barrel from the factory.
Was a bit skeptical about the quality given all the bad reviews it gets. But decided to give it a try with the easy return policy. And I'll try to answer some of the issues I read from other reviews.

Poor accuracy
Fit and finish are excellent, threads are great and suppressor mounts without a problem. The problem is when you start sending rounds down range. Went from a 3-4" group at 20yds to a 2-3 foot group 1ft low and 2ft left at 20yds.

Perfect fit
Not many options for M&P 2.0 threaded barrels (at least not as many as for Glocks) but this TRYBE fit my needs exactly!

Ordered the item fit and size exactly on my older model S&W M&P9 2.0, now I can use can on the pistol. Now to order for my other S&W and hopefully will be able to find for my 30 Super carry.

Not drop in
Drop in barrel is not drop in, second one I've tried from trybe. However a file and about a minute had it fit properly and it racks. I have not fired with new barrel.

This threaded barrel works as it should. I did however have to lightly sand the feed ramp a little because it had a hard edge which was catching bullets. After easing the edge it was all good to go

I had bought a TB from Faxon Firearms, it did not fit. This Trybe TB that I had purchased fit perfectly! Definitely would recommend this brand from OP!

Perfect fit
Got this to install compensator on EDC. Fit like a glove and mechanical functions were good. Had 2 jams on 25 rounds fired. Might be user error so I'm taking it back to the range this weekend. Overall not bad and no issues with accuracy.

It dropped right in to the m&p 2.0 compact- unlike the more expensive Faxon barrel which did not fit at all and was going to take a gunsmith and probably cost more money than I spent even buying the gun, and it definitely came with the O-ring on it, which a lot of people were saying it wouldn't on line.

I have an M&P 2.0 compact 4inch and this barrel did not "drop-in" whatsoever. The chamber hood was too long and wide to allow the barrel to seat properly into the slide. Disappointed.
