Solid ballhead - Two Vets Tripods Inc 55mm Dual Tension Ballhead W/ Area 419 Arcalock QD

This is my first ball head and it's mounted on a Fatboy tripod, the ball head seems to be good quality, watching the video on how to use it helped. There is a set pin on my tripod bowl and I tightened it down to much and this caused the ball head to bind. I emailed two vets in the evening, and they got back to me within minutes. I figured out the problem, not sure if this is from cheap material or if a RRS would encounter the same issue. I would buy again, and I am very pleased with its quality and function.
