Solid ballhead

This is my first ball head and it's mounted on a Fatboy tripod, the ball head seems to be good quality, watching the video on how to use it helped. There is a set pin on my tripod bowl and I tightened it down to much and this caused the ball head to bind. I emailed two vets in the evening, and they got back to me within minutes. I figured out the problem, not sure if this is from cheap material or if a RRS would encounter the same issue. I would buy again, and I am very pleased with its quality and function. Buy with confidence!

Two vets make outstanding tripods and ball heads. The quality it’s hands down the best you will find before reaching the $1k price point for RRS. Highly, highly recommend
