I'll be honest: I haven't put this bad boy up for a real field test (PRS competition in my case), but the tripod feels and looks very well engineered and made! The legs are on a thicker side (which is not a problem for me at all) and there are only 2 sections in each leg so the collapsed length is higher than comparable 3-4 section models. On a good side the fewer section you have, the more rigid the construction of the tripod. I'm happy with my purchase, especially comparing it to the nearest competitor with 1.5-2x pricier. Well done Two Vets!
