Worthwhile upgrade
Simple upgrade but huge benefits. The upgraded face on the slide release provides more surface space for a better grip and easier actuation. The design compliments my G43x well and overall functions significantly better than OEM.

Poor quality
Not worth it for the price. The paint next to the slide rub off after 200 rounds of shooting. I not recommend it for any one who have ocd. The original glock part that I have on did not even chipped or have the paint rub off.

I put a sandpaper grip on my pistol and it was hard to reach the original slide release this one works great

extended slide release
looks and functions like it should. fit and finish are great.

Modification need to work
The extented slide stop has a nice texture and build quality but the hole for the pin was a little less than 1/32nd too small so I had to ream out the hole with a 5/32nd drill bit for a really tight fit for the pin to fit. I will be emailing Tyrant CNC directly to let them know of the defect.

Tyrant CNC Slide Release
Love the way this looks and works. Paired with the Tyrant mag release there's no beating it.

Not great for the g43x
The internal dimensions are very different from the oem part. Did not work for me.

must have to improve slide stop
OEM slide stop is not that robust. This fixed the issue and make it easier to drop the slide with ease.

New 2nd Gen Slide Release Rocks!
Purchased the slide release for my second G43x thinking it would be the same as the original version of this on my first G43x. When it arrived I was surprised to see a design change. At first, I thought it was a defective item but upon checking Tyrant's website, it showcased the 2nd gen slide release. This 2nd gen extends out just a bit more than the original and functions much smoother. Your thumb has more surface area to grab and uses less effort to push down on the release. This is a huge upgrade from the original version. I will be purchasing another gen 2 of this slide release to replace the original one on my first G43x as well. Great product from Tyrant, highly recommend.

It actually works
It works on my Glock 48, now I can actually use my thumb with one hand to release the slide. May not sound like much but it is to me.
