Barely better than stock - Tyrant CNC Glock Gen 2-4 Extended Slide Release

While this does protrude more than stock, the finish still makes it almost slick when trying to release the slide. Better than some, but there is better out there. Either way, great budget option. I'll probably end up getting the dremwl out to create a little more texture with a line going front to back.
