Spring and retainer SOLD SEPARATELY
Bummer giving this thing 2 stars because it's a high-quality product buts its unforgiveable to not include the spring and retainer. For the same price or less you could get something that includes all the other crucial parts needed to install. I guess the unique gold finish was worth the PITA of having to source the other parts separately. I paired this with the Timber Creek P320 grip module in Tungsten and it really completes the look.
O.P. Did it again
As usual O.P. came thru again. I ordered on Thursday got it on Monday. As for the magazine release it took me about 2 minutes to install and it looks and feels great. Because it is a extended release it is right there at your natural thumb position. I can't say enough good things about Optic Planet and their quick delivers.

Nice part but need an upgraded spring
Nice release but it fits so tight it sticks, need to include an upgraded heavy duty spring. I have to manually push it back and forth cause the spring is too weak to reset it

Great Extended Magazine Release
The Tyrant CNC Extended Mag Release is a game changer. I can now easily engage the release with ease without changing the grip on my dominate hand to execute a tactical magazine exchange. And the serrations on the flat side kept your finger from sliding when you are running drills at the range and your hands getting sweaty. Fit and finish
The product is exactly what you would expect for a mag release. It only comes with the main piece and no spring or wedge. The finish it nice and quality feels solid.

Gold model is great
Product has some good heft to it and the gold model looks awesome. The grooves on the face make it easy to manipulate the magazine release and feels like you can drop the mags faster.
