This model has problems - Ultradot HD-Micro 28mm Red Dot Sight

I like red dots. I have other non-HD model Ultradots, and thought this one would also be good. However, the mount does not securely attach to a Weaver base. I tried it with two different bases, and actually returned it to Ultradot to see if something could be done. I assumed they would stand behind their products (but actually have never returned any). They sent this one back, I guess they looked at. I tried it again, but it will not mount securely in bases. I have several optical scopes, other red dots as well as the other Ultradots, and this is the only one of the bunch that I can't get to mount securely. I switched out to a Bushnell compact red dot, and that does mount tightly, so Ill use it. Don't know what to do with this one.
I can't recommend this particular Ultradot HD scope. Also, I think you take your chances with warranty service on them based on my experience.
