I use this holster over my combat boot for a backup weapon (S&W 649 w/ shrouded hammer). Keeps the weapon secure, even while running. Sturdy ankle holster

Finally someone made an ankle holster that is strongly enough to support the weight of a Glock G23 (fully loaded) without shifting and they made it comfortable enough to wear all day. A few others make ankle holsters that will carry the weight, but this one is affordable.
Pros:
  • Comfortable
  • Affordable
  • Well constructed
Cons:
  • Prefer non elastic calf strap
Best Used for:
  • concealed carry

I purchased the uncle mikes ancle holster for my kimber ultra carry,I purchased the large,but it seems to slide down my leg. pull to tight ,it becomes uncomfortable.I hope to use it on a lighter gun. Kinda misled.

Ankle Holster

I bought larger model - Size 16 - to use with my Ruger LC9, with Crimson Trace laser. Fits perfectly, holds well and removes easily. Not for quick-draw. Definitely recommend.
Pros: Very comfortable, easy to use
Cons: Not for tight-fitting pant legs.
