I purchased my first Uncle Mike's war bag in 2010. The quality of the bag was amazing. I used it for patrol and later turned it into my travel bag. I went to various countries abroad and within the United states. I never had an issue with this product. I recently purchased a new War bag and used it on a trip to boise. As soon as I packed my bag and headed off the airport the retractable handle wouldn't retract. I arrived at my destination unpacked my bag to check the handle and found the railing used to support the base of the warbag was bent. Upon further inspection i discovered the railing was poor quality and made of a flimsy material.
