Cool concept, poor execution. The clips are awkward. The pad is overly generic and not properly ventilated. The grommets for the attachment screws are entirely the wrong type. Also the pad needs to be about 3” wider, when the Glock 17 holster is used the clip are too close to the holster so set too far back from the outward face of the firearm. I also would like to see the pad shaped so that the clips don’t contact the skin. I am actually surprised this made it to market in this configuration, it almost like someone had a prototype and some random suit rushed it out of the door to get a few sales. With the quality of workmanship and engineering of the Reflex holster I’m shocked this passed muster.

Uncle Mikes universal inside the waistband adapter is excellent for every day carry. I would recommend this product to everyone who carries. It adapts to the contour of the person wearing it very quickly.and it is very good fit for the retention holster to be worn under the waistband
