Ruger Max9 with red dot sight fits perfect. It is hard to draw and will take practice. Make sure you wear a shirt against the skin as the holster will stick to your skin. I suggest for right handers to wear holster on left side of crotch. For me, it was more concealed, conformed better, and allowed sitting easier.

Concealed carry equipment

by Just a guy, Verified Owner from IL, United States Written on May 7, 2024
A little out of the ordinary for a concealed holster but adds an option to keep what you carry more discrete. It also is good for working in and having no worries about your shirt riding up. Carrying is like insurance you always should have it and this holster helps that be possible by being comfortable enough that you can even when carrying isn’t as rasy
Pros:
  • Comfortable and completely concealed
  • Complete concealment comfortable
Cons:
  • Not as easy to get your weapon as some
  • Not as easy to get your weapon as some belt models
Best Used for:
  • Concealment in warm weather clothes

Surprisingly comfortable

by dHawk, Verified Owner from NH, United States Written on August 19, 2023
As with any IWB holster fitting and positioning take some practice./ This id my third holster of this type and I am finally happy with this selection for multiple pistols, (S&W MP9 EZ, Keltec PMR30, Keltec P17, or CZ P10S are all good fits). I've recently gone from a size 40 waist to a size 34, so I have a good selection of pant sizes to experiment with. Size 34 is subject to ahh.. shall we say a Mae West moment (Is that a pistol in your pocket or are you happy to see me...), size 36 works well for me, and sizes 38 and 40 are too "saggy" and require too much belt tension to "draw" well.
Needless to say, if you've watched the video of this holster in action... some practice required for that kind of proficiency LOL.
All in all I am quite happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend. If I ever decide I need to carry a larger pistol for some reason I would go with one of this one's bigger brothers, no question.
Pros:
  • Comfortable
  • Good retention
  • price is right
  • Fits Multiple Pistols
Cons:
  • a bit awkward post draw, but if you have to draw that is the least of problems
Best Used for:
  • Daily carry use

Performs as advertised

by RichRotorhead, from VA, United States Written on October 10, 2021
It's a fine product it performsvas advertised. My only complaint is that it's a bit bulky, not much though. My biggest issue is that it tends to drag my pants down. It maybe the pants that i wear, or maybe the wrong belt, but other than that, it's a great way to deep conceal.
Pros:
  • deep concealment
Cons:
  • Drags pants down where's it's hooked to the belt
