Riser rail

I ordered this for the purpose of bringing my prism sight closer. It serves this purpose very well. The only bad thing about it is that it is a pretty substantial increase in weight.

Defective product, second time received. Rear bolt cannot be tightened. With my fingers it’s stripped? Why is that? Did Optics Planet re-send me the same product back which I already returned?
