The clip has problems
I bought 2 of these knives and returned them. The clip should be adjustable (as advertised) for tip up or tip down carry, on either side of knife. The 2 knives I received did not have the 2nd hole on the tip up carry drilled and tapped, so you can not move the clip from the tip down carry on the right side, to tip up carry. All the holes on the left side were completed correctly. Both knives had the exact same issue. Not an expensive knife, but obviously, no QC on these blades.

Great knife for the money
Just in case you didn't realize it this is a copy similar to Zero Tolerance's ZT301, a $300 folding pocket knife. This knife's construction and feel are solid. It has a liner lock that won't break, adjustable pocket clip, and a really solid, sharp blade. Should've bought a few a them.
