This is not a review of OpticsPlanet but for UTAS USA. I purchased this product and it stopped working four months in. Contacted UTAS and was told to send it in and then nothing. Months went by and everytime I called I was told they were waiting on parts still. Five months later and on my 4th call with them, I asked for a refund and was hung up on. Absolutely terrible customer service. And this was all back in 2018. It is now 2022. They basically took my money and gave me the middle finger. From other reviews of them online, this happens often. Buyer beware, don't buy!
