Perfect Fit on M&P15 Sport II
Thrilled with this purchase. It sits tight. No wobble whatsoever. Lightweight, and was the perfect handguard upgrade for the already muzzle-heavy Sport II. Lines up perfectly with the picatinny rail up top. For the price, this can't be beat. Exceeds my expectations.

Its good, seriously solid, we'll thought out, perfectly machined, and with a very solid barrel nut. And for the price? You cant go wrong.

Drop in handguard
Very impressed with this handguard. It's incredibly light and thin and you can easily wrap your hand around it just like a floating handguard. The material is solid and built well.

Not a quality fit.
Put this on a carbine DPMS with not much difficulty, looks great. But...where the two pieces come together there is a bigger gap towards the front than the rear although the screw holes lining up perfectly. Tightened as much as I can, unfortunately the whole front can shift upwards more than slightly. So this means no optic or lazer will hold zero, a flashlight should be no big deal. Previous after market quad-rail fit perfect, wanted something slimmer and lighter.

Inexpensive option
Fitment is perfect, easy to install, slim size. Only down side i can see due to its slim size is no heat shield so use a taco wrap or gloves.

Great Product, Much Better Than Factory Magpul
I love the feel and if this new handguard. There is way more options for locating accessories of all kinds. I had the factory Magpul handguard on and it was okay but much bulkier and not as slim, plus less location for attachments. The new aluminum setup with bolts and set screws feels more solid, no rattling or movement, just a great improvement.

Super functional and aesthetic - Perfect for a carbine build
If you're looking for a drop-in skinny hand guard that provides a ton of mounting options, this is it: Fit and finish are excellent. The size is super skinny and easy to grab with a C-clamp; very good for support hand control. I'll be adding a hand brake on the bottom! There are plenty of M-Lok slots for mounting other accessories and the 12 o' clock 1913 rail is the correct design philosophy. The material feels solid despite its almost non-existent weight. I immediately installed the included M-Lok QD mount and now I have my sling in a better position than before -- it's very rare a single product provides multiple solutions but UTG has really impressed me with this drop-in hand guard. Don't worry about "mid-tier" or "top-tier" bs -- the UTG Pro Super Slim hand guard is awesome.
