After the initial review, I have ran several hundred rounds through the RPR with this bipod. It has performed flawlessly. The customer service is great. I had contacted customer service to ask if there was way to adjust the pan/tilt tension. I was looking for a bit more lockdown of the pan/tilt movement. Gary, their representative, responded immediately. I only had to remove the allen head bolt from the lever and move it to the next index position. This bipod is well built and very durable. A bit on the heavy side but expected since it is made with quality and highly durable metal. Functions great and has features that make it very versatile and operable.

this is a stout and very well-made product! It's solid and functions as advertised. There's no cheap feel to any part of it. It's also nice to see this bipod is made in the USA.

Initial Impressions

I purchased the Picatinny rail version to make it easier to remove from my RPR 6.5 Creedmoor. Extending the legs is a breeze; twist the leg about 1/4 turn then extend. Use the lock ring lock the position. The leg angles have 3 positions, not the 5 positions of the older version in the description. This is why it is 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The pan/tilt works well and the lever can tighten the movement from barely any resistance to nearly no movement. The button to release the leg angle adjustment latch is a little small but this will prevent accidental actuation. All components operate precisely and smoothly. A sturdy, quality product for the money. Thanks Leapers!
