Bad Quality - Terrible Service from IOR
I sent back my scope directly to IOR Rumania. Main issues was a broken parallax. There where different other issues with clarity, focus and minor issues with the finish. The scope was new and should be covered by warranty.
IOR does not answer emails, only if you send them again and again to I am waiting for more than 7 month now. Meanwhile they promissed me a refund, but no money arrived.
My advise: Stay away from the products of this company. They fail in quality control and after sales service. I suspect they are not in business anymore.
