I mounted this on my $300 Savage Mark II 22LR for use in NRA and ARA 50yd and 100yd matches. While 40x may seem a bit long for such short distances, this is precision shooting and it really helps to have some good magnification. Most Helpful Negative Review bad turret
Glass not bad but elevation turret will not adjust and the windage took all the left it had to get close to center. Would not recommend this scope.

Sentinal X Benchrest 10-40 X50 on my Anschutz MPR 22 l.R.

I don't give many reviews but this scope is one of the best for the money buys out there. It takes a good scope to get the most out of the Anschutz rifles. You can only hit what you can see. This scope proves that you don't always have to spend $1000 to do that. For the money they can't be topped. That's why I bought four of them.

Very GOOD benchrest scope

Considering the price for the scope, it is an excellent buy.
Everything on the scope functions perfectly, the turents adjust easily , the target crosshairs and dot are very fine,
I am extreamily pleased with this scope , in fact, I have TWO of them .
THE GLASS IS EXCELLENT , VERY CLEAR THROUGH ALL FOCAL DISTANCES, NO FUZZYNESS AT THE EDGES.BOTH OF MY SENTENELS ARE LIKE THIS.
I did add a 3" sunshade to both of them.

Vector Sentinel-X 10-40x50 Review

I really like this scope! It was mounted on a Bergara B14r, 22lr, for shooting off a bench. It is really a great scope for this purpose. Most of my rifles are set up for hunting; so light-weight, 3-9x or 4-12x are my norm. And I usually go with Leupold, Vortex, or Burris, so I know decent quality scopes. When I opened this one up, its magnification was impressive and its clarity is great. There have been about 250 or 300 rounds put through the rifle with this scope on it and it seems to be holding up; hopefully it stays that way.

  • BENCH REST / TARGET SHOOTING
