This was apparently a new item and I waited about 8 weeks to get it. First, there are no instructions to assist with dialing this in. I saw in a YouTube video on a similar Vortex product that a couple of screws had to no loosened before you could adjust windage and elevation. This was NOT in the instruction book. So I was fortunate enough to know this even though there was no mention of it in the owners manual. Second, I mounted this on a Ruger 10-22 w virtually zero recoil but could not get the dot to hold zero. Minute adjustments made 6-7” difference in point of impact. I made numerous adjustments and was all over the target. My buddy tried also and he is a retired police range master and expert marksman. I wasn’t satisfied with the sporadic patterns so I’m returning for refund.
