Very versatile and well-made product
I purchased this backpack as a day pack for my recent 2-week trip through Europe. I have to say this definitely came in handy. Here are the features I found to be most useful:
- Durability: The cordura material on this pack definitely gives it a very nicely made feel and it is very durable. Time will tell how it withstands years of abuse, but I can already tell this isn't your run-of-the-mill backpack material. It's lightweight, yet extremely strong material.
- Storage compartments: This pack has countless storage compartments and capabilities, but nothing is frivolous or unnecessary. There are 4 main storage compartments, each with their own unique features including zippered mesh pockets, pen and accessory holders, MOLLE webbing, etc.
- Laptop compartment: there is a large zippered, padded laptop compartment on the back of the pack with access to the inside which is awesome for traveling, especially when going through security. It provides super quick access to your laptop. The padding keeps your valuable electronics very secure.
- Water-bottle holders: the water bottle holders on the side are huge, and can accommodate almost any size bottle or thermos. They each have a drawstring clasp to help keep everything secure and in place.

Best EDC bag you can buy
This makes my EDC the best decision I ever made is simply the best space is good the access to the concealed over size zipper is perfect is full velcro inside also have hard plastic wall that keeps the bag up rite all the time
Best Backpack Ever
By far the best backpack and best storage I have ever owned! Has great storage and organization options. Many options to add to this. Would buy another when this one falls apart. That may be a while. Wish there were more color options.

Perfect size, quality build.
This bag has all the features that you need and none that you don’t. It’s a perfect truck gun/discrete carry bag that doesn’t scream “look at me I’m tactical”. My folding, AR pistol fits perfectly in the main compartment with room for extra mags(mag holders on the hook and loop), a med kit(mounts nicely on the molle webbing). Just buy it.

Excellent pack! Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid backpack with good construction. The pack is excellently constructed and would be a great pack for just about any activity. You can really tell vertx put a lot of thought and consideration when creating this pack

Better than expected!!
The Vertx EDC Ready pack is everything I had been looking for in a daily use pack and more. The contrasting beige interior makes it easy to find anything. Pack is way more spacious than it looks. Love that it will fit a large water bottle on each side!

Vertx EDC Ready Pack
This bag is great for carrying all your every day needs. Plenty of room and seems to be strongly put together. The concealed compartment works for great for carrying a firearm and mags or whatever you need. So far I this has been a great bag for my needs.

Great buy!
This pack rivals brands like LBT and TAD. I have been looking for a backpack for a daily work carry that does not scream tacicool. Not only is it covert for a carry bag but it is perfect for files, tablets and laptops and daily work accessories. It is light weight and the color is perfect (wolf gray) for office, hiking or walking around the city it really blends in. The front lower pocket will easily hold cables flash light mouse and head phones. The middle pocket is its best feature. It folds down to expose a molle panel that you can attach pouches to and below it is a huge pocket I use for a water proof wind shirt and baseball cap. The main has enough room for my tablet portfolio about 6 files and my 13" laptop. The main compartment is loop lined and has internal pockets. It only zpis about 1/2 way down on each side a nice feature that when full still keeps the pack standing. The back panel zips open for your carry and makes it a nice place for it. The whole back pocket is loop inside and allows for a left or right set up. Over all this was worth every cent I paid. I have a love affair with backpacks (I own over 20 pakcs from brands like TAD LBT 5.11....) and this looks like it will be the one on my back for some time. I highly recommend.

Great bag for everyday carry!
I use this bag as everyday carry. I work in a hospital and it keeps my stuff organized. Its not overlydeep (back to front) but it carries my books and rain jacket. Ive used it for a short hike with a maxpedition velcro holster in the front pocket
