Cargo pants not tactical - Vertx Men's Phantom LT Pant, Black

I actually like the design and the fit of these pants however I'd call them cargo pants not "tactical" Tactical to me means hard use pants that you take out in the field. These pants have the styling, the fit, and even the comfort down. But they're lacking in rip stop material (I actually heard a tear sound when my pants pocket was caught on tree branch. The reinforced pockets held, but that wasn't a good sign. I also like the zippered pocket and the small knife pocket and the low profile cargo pocket, but on the downside these pants aren't in anyway water resistant nor stain resistant..
