Great product, fit is a little small
I already have one of these, but when I wear them in the summer its good to have more than just one pair. The fit is a little small around the waist. I am normally a 34-35" waist and these 36" fit snug, but the inseam and fit everywhere else is good. So a 38 would be way too large. Otherwise, these work, I have worn them in 99F heat, in the sun, down south in humidity and they help to keep you a little cooler.
Vertx Men's Phantom Ops pants w/Airflow
This is my third pair of Vertx pants. They are so comfortable you can sleep in them.
They are full cut, with articulated knees. Thry are not tactical looking in the usual
sense. The cargo pockets are roomy with a simple flap. These pants are very
durable and abrasion resistant. I will buy more Vertx pants and products.

Excellent Pants that keep you cool on those hot days
I have been a fan of Vertx for several years and have purchased many pairs of pants from them. These Air-Flow pants are awesome. Even on the hottest days here in Atlanta these pants do manage to keep you cool. The ventilation in the legs are great for letting in air to cool your legs. I wear these pants to the office and no-one even see's the ventilation in the legs. These pants fit & look great. The pockets are easy to use and will hold extra items you may need. I carry several backup mags for my pistol in the leg pockets and they are easy to get to if ever needed.
I am sorry that Vertx has decided to eliminate this series of pants. I have several pair and looking to purchase a few more if I can find them to have.

Must Be How It Feels To Wear A Skirt!
Love these pants! Full length 'armor' against the elements ... but they BREATH like nothing else I've ever worn, which is exceedingly helpful in hot/humid environments.
The first time I wore them, I felt the rush of cool air flowing over my legs from calf to thigh and thought to myself ..."hmmm, this must be what it feels like to wear a skirt."
Plenty of pockets, excellent fit, and well thought out design.
I now own 3 pair ... with more to follow. Highly recommend, especially for people (like me) that are prone to overheating in hot/humid climates.

My favorite tac pant.
My first day wearing these it was 97 degrees. The pant performed as I had hoped and I will be buying a second pair for training. They are a close second to tru-spc 24-7 which are $40 cheaper. However I can't complain I love these pants.

smartly designed gear to keep you cool
These pants have mesh panels where you normally won't need regular fabric. As a result they are almost as cool as shorts, but they give you the abrasion protection of long pants. Very smart design. Besides the cooling panels, they have pockets where you will actually use them and none where you don't need them. These are great for 3 gun competitions in the summer heat and sun.

Best Tac Pants
I've worn every kind of tactical pants under the sun with my job and these are BY FAR the most well thought out and designed I've ever seen. From the craftsmanship to the design it's a 10 of 10. Wish I could afford 5 more pair.
