Worth the money - Vertx Transit 2.0 Sling Pack

I typically don't spend top dollar for anything. I purchased similar sling pack for a ballistic panel and store my truck gun, for less than half the price. The pack is well made and designed, and with some minor modification meets those needs perfectly, but looks very tactical. Hopefully, it will never come out of the truck. However, I wanted a non tactical looking sling pack for an EDC (every day carry), capable of carrying a ballistic panel, since I always carry appendix. Again , key was it just looked like a small pack that I could start carrying for the ballistic panel protection. Per may sons suggestion, a top shelf buyer, I purchased this pack with the idea i probably would send it back. To my surprise this pack justified, in my cheap mind, every penny. The design is superior for protection and EDC adaptability. I can even carry my motorcycle helmet in the smaller sized pack. The construction is bullet proof, not to be punny. All the zippers, seams, reinforcements, buckles, etc are fantastic. This pack not only fits my needs but has justified the higher price. Last point, the company ads and videos don't do the pack justice. You need to look at other video reviews to understand all the features this pack has. Good luck, be safe, and always carry.
