This Pack is exactly what I needed. It is smaller for day travel and provides the versatility I need to bring my daily gear. I added some dog reflector collars to the back velcro that can be normally covered, but offers visibility when I unzip and store the back flap. Pockets for what you need, but so many that it takes away from larger store items. You don't want to weigh this pack down as it is a sling, which stays on your shoulder with the cross body clip. Keeping it on your shoulder without the clip takes thought during your movement, but can be done as well. My only complaint would be the larger plastic butting on the top of the sling that is used to disconnect the pack gets squeaky after use.

Wow. Great bag for my gear while I travel. Many pockets. Put gear in some and my wallet passport in the front for easy access I like the sling. Not a fan of backpacks. Like to just throw it over my shoulder

All the Velcro is fantastic for adding different attachments and extra organization. Main use is off body carry and my EDC bag for work. Fits my 64oz Yeti water bottle and with some room to spare. Would recommend. Only grip is padding isn't super comfortable when loaded with heavy items.

I typically don't spend top dollar for anything. I purchased similar sling pack for a ballistic panel and store my truck gun, for less than half the price. The pack is well made and designed, and with some minor modification meets those needs perfectly, but looks very tactical. Hopefully, it will never come out of the truck. However, I wanted a non tactical looking sling pack for an EDC (every day carry), capable of carrying a ballistic panel, since I always carry appendix. Again , key was it just looked like a small pack that I could start carrying for the ballistic panel protection. Per may sons suggestion, a top shelf buyer, I purchased this pack with the idea i probably would send it back. To my surprise this pack justified, in my cheap mind, every penny. The design is superior for protection and EDC adaptability. I can even carry my motorcycle helmet in the smaller sized pack. The construction is bullet proof, not to be punny. All the zippers, seams, reinforcements, buckles, etc are fantastic. This pack not only fits my needs but has justified the higher price. Last point, the company ads and videos don't do the pack justice. You need to look at other video reviews to understand all the features this pack has. Good luck, be safe, and always carry.

I finally get my wife's obsession with bags. I have purchased $20 amazon tactical bags to large day packs for hiking. I kept seeing all the hype on the different gun channels about Vertx bags. It is well deserved. This is my favorite everyday carry bag it is well thought out. Big enough to carry a laptop, couple books, and a edc gun. It is thought out in the fact that everything is where you would expect for quick draws and easy maneuverability. Great design and well worth the money. I just wish the body armor inserts weren't so expensive.
