Viridian battery
Great Product. Small size. Very good value for the priced paid. My only suggestion would be that I wish they came in. Pack of 8.because they power a green laser the batteries do not have a long life. Have a few sets for back up would be good. Because they are priced well. Pack of 8 would still be a ...

Neither pack worked
I bought 2 packs of 4 and neither worked.I tried every possible way putting the packs together in a tlr-6.Not OP’s fault of course but I believe the life of these are expired.I have previously ordered the same exact batteries from OP and they worked
Viridian 1/3n Batteries 4 pack
Good price on battery pack. I planned on burning through a few batteries with zeroing, training and just becoming familiar.
Pros:

- None

Higher-powered; purposed design!
First, these are perfect as intended to be used. The green insulation must stay on in some products (e.g Viridian HS-1) because the battery well is brass and the battery grounds at the end, not sides as in some other products.
Second, it is higher amperage (170) than almost all of the other (160) makes; it does last longer.
Third, as good a shelf-life as anything comparable.
Fourth, you CAN remove the green, if it's going to be stacked or used in a self-grounding product. If you are a true DIY kind of person, you could make your own shielded batteries with a cheaper make and dielectric shrink tubing, but why bother? These are clearly marked, ready-to-run, and insulated properly for the application.

Pros:
- Purpose Built
- high amp
- can be used without insulation
Cons:
- none, if used as intended
Best Used for:
- high-amp draw
- insulation-dependent compartments

Works well, recommended!
Bought these for use in TLR6. Did not work unless I cut off the green outer sleeve. Viridian claims that these deliver more power than others and I think that I would vouch for that as compared to what comes with the TLR6 unit from Streamlight, I thought the difference was notable.
Pros:
- Price, reputable brand
Cons:
- Plastic sleeve
Best Used for:
- Tactical light
Would recommend: Yes
Batteries That Last
These batteries seem to last much longer than other brands. only problem I have seen is with the marking of which is the positive end and which is the negative end. However with a little patients it can easily be figured out with a couple tries.
Would recommend: Yes
remove thew coating
Remove the plastic cover in battery prior to putting it into laser.
I had to take a drill to the first one I installed into my laser because it would not come back out of the laser due to the coating
other then that it seems to be a ok battery
