Well built.
I wasn't sure what to expect when i decided to order my first carry gun laser sight. I'am very please to review this product and say it is a well built product which inspires confidence is an all day carry Glock 19 frame. I also bought one for my wife for her Glock 43.
Would recommend: Yes
Nice product with one major drawback
Laser fits great on the new Glock 43. Also, the green laser is very bright and easy to see in daylight. The supplied holster and auto-on "Reactor" laser combination is a nice concept and works well but, otherwise, it's a VERY difficult task to turn the laser on manually. One has to squeeze the small side "on" button with all your strength or, preferably, pull out a ball-point pen to turn the laser on. The good folks at Viridian need to correct this so the laser and handgun is usable with other holsters or by itself.

Nice idea, not working properly
This laser lasted only a minute or less before the batteries were low enough to dim the laser. Likely a short in the system, and Viridian did say they will replace it, so I will not offer a good review until I am satisfied that the problem is solved.

- Compact, light weight

- Unreliable
- Power button hard to access quickly
Best Used for:
- Concealed carry.

great product and great service
This little laser was very easy to mount and zero-in. I find the green exceptionally easy to pick out on the target. I think there are some pro's and con's to having the laser come on when removed from the holster but to me the pro's outweigh the con's. m Very happy with both the laser and the service from OpticsPlanet.

- no modification to grip
- not having to turn on anything
- showing me at all time where gun is pointed
Cons:
- battery life since it is always on when removed from holster
- the bad guy knows where you are
Best Used for:
- Self defense
- target practice

Super bright
This laser is super bright. It is amazing at night. I only gave it 4 stars because the first one I ordered had a faulty switch. Hopefully this one will be reliable in the future. Optics Planet exchanged the faulty unit with no problems. Really aids sighting on a Glock 43.
