This will not fit either of my rmr cut slide the way their adapter plate is. One slide optic touches slide and cannot mount. The other zaffiri slide there is no way to tighten their adapter plate. Completely useless and falsely advertised

I was so happy when this came in the mail.
I opened it up, it felt great, the green dot great, the accessories and tools great. Two sets of screws for my adapter- check.
Looked for the adapter... not there.
I took everything apart and looked for it, checked the description of what I brought. I brought the right version with RMR adapter.
I then saw that there were signs of wear on the battery cover.
Kind of pissed that I got a used item and/or someone let that ship incomplete.

I'm new to using optics, but this sight has been very user-friendly. Easy to adjust and the green dot is bright and clear.

Optic works great! Exactly as advertised. Optics Planet needs to stop using USPS for shipping, though.

The Viridian Omega is my first closed emmiter green dot but it won't be my last. The shake on feature works flawless and the green don't is crisp and easily aquired.

Most of the features of an Aimpoint for half the price. Solid construction, and the ACRO mount is very secure. The optic itself is bright and clear, but the dot projection is more affected by my visual astigmatism than any dot I've used before. The dot appears somewhat distorted in the sight window compared to others, but it's not much of a distraction and the aimpoint is accurate.

I have owned quite a few red dots in my day. I generally prefer vortex due to the warranty however, I wanted a closed emitter green dot. So options were limited and price is a big factor. I took a leap on this product, not knowing anything about it, and I will say that this is the only red/green dot sight I have looked through or used, that I can make out a perfect dot. Sometimes indoors, it will be a little fuzzy or blurred however Outdoors it’s a perfect dot. So I actually own two of them now! This is also my first review ever. If that tells you how excited, I am about the product. However I have not tested it for accuracy, repeatability on paper yet. I will say the only frustrating thing that I have run into is mounting it on a full size Glock 9 mm slide. Both slides are Zaffiri which has the posts in the RMR cut out which needed to be milled off and a #4-40 x 3/16", Phillips Flat Head Screws, A2 304 18-8, Stainless Steel purchased from Rusty Bolt shop on eBay was used to mount the plate on. Mounted emitter on Beretta Gara and it is great. So crisp and clean.

I have been stuck on this closed emitter red dot bandwagon and didn’t want to spend another 500+ on a acro p2. Found this optic planet special on there op mod version of the vfx45 i cannot complain at all the red dot came with multiple screws, and two different optic mounts one for a rmr and the other for a rifle 1913 rail. The glass is very clear and the red dot is very crisp. I noticed the difference in brightness and clarity compared to my holosun red dots right away. If optics planet still has a deal on this optic i recommend buying it. Currently have one mounted on a walther pdp and another on a 5inch 556 havent lost zero yet!
