Wrong weapon mentioned, but great product

I originally ordered this for my wife's gun, but she decided to go with a Crimson Trace Tac light instead. I then put this on my XDS 4.0 and am pleasantly suprised with it. The fact that it came witha holster that automatically activates the laser when drawn was a real bonus !

Viridian R5 Gen 2

Great laser.Easy to assemble and zero.The green laser is extremely bright.So bright that in a dark room it will light it up.Everything works as it should.The holster is a nice perk but you'll want to order a nicer one if you plan on carrying.I only use it for pocket carry and when it's sitting on the nightstand. Best laser I've used.

Reactor 5 Gen 2 ECR Green

I ordered two lasers for both my Glock G26 and Sig P365 and I absolutely love it. The best laser brand in the business in my opinion. Very accurate sights and the green laser travels further distances so you will be sure to hit your target from any distance.

Great little system!

This laser really took my little ccp to the next level. Got this for a Ruger EC9s, which has fixed iron sights, no way to swap them out for some tritium to help in low light situations. So I figured I'd get the reactor. Super bright laser, easy to install and fits very snug. No wiggle or loose parts. Gotta love the auto on (ECR) option as well, the holster is junk but there are several other companies making holsters that work well with the ECR tech.

First Viridian - Reactor 5 Gen2 for LCP ll

This is my first Viridian product. Very easy install and easy to Zero. ECR with included IWB holster works flawlessly. Have always had CT Lasergrips or Laserguards on carry guns and still think they are excellent products; however, Viridian's ECR products are 2nd to none in terms of intuitive activation. Draw the weapon, Laser is activated. Very pleased so far.

EATS BATTERIES

When I first installed it I loved it. The green laser is awesome! Have had for 5 months now and been through 4 sets of batteries. Viridian web site says up to 5000 hours of continuous run time. This is a croc. Screws are now stripped from changing out batteries so much. Finally took it off and tossed it in the trash.

Keeps breaking

Got one of these from the viridian website. Screws stripped on installation, stopped working after 2 months. Sent it in for repair, screws stripped while reinstalling, stopped working a few months later. Power button inconvenient. Batteries drain very quickly and you have to remove the entire laser to change the batteries. Then you have to sight the lase again which drains the batteries even faster. I'll never use viridian again. $240 I'll never get back.

Veridian green laser R5 gen 2

Easy to see green laser during the day. On a Sig 365,own several Veridian lasers this particular laser is supplied with a inside the waistband holster and when the pistol is drawn the laser automatically comes on and when you put it back in the holster it turns the laser off buy a magnet in the holster,only downfall wish Viridian would put a small flashlight combo laser with this.Opticsplanet had the best price plus free shipping and handling.

Pass! Buy something else.

For one thing, hard to find a holster for the Viridian laser. The one that comes with the laser is, useless. Another major issue, The laser EATS batteries!! I say again, it EATS batteries. After 8 batteries, I am contacting Viridian for either a new laser, or my money back. The laser is very bright. But like I said, it EATS batteries!!

Viridian reactor 5 gen 2 green laser w/ iwb holster

Very nice product, easy to install, just took a couple minutes, all the parts and pieces were there and it works great. Very reassuring that you can turn the laser on, put it securely into the iwb holster and when you pull it out it will be ready to go!
