A worthy investment
The light appears to be more than adequate to illuminate at a distance of approx. 100 yrds. The laser is visible at the same and probably much further but harder to see with the naked eye. I used mine on a .45ACP and no issues with the recoil. The rechargeable battery is fantastic although I would recommend a second one to have on hand if you plan to have it for defense.
Great Product
Easy to mount, momentary is a nice feature so you don't have to always have it on constant. I love that its rechargeable, the mode changes are a great touch, my favorite is the strobe light, it is very blinding so perfect for intruders.

Great gunlight
I have been wanting one of these for a while now. So they ran a special price and I finally picked one up. I am glad too cause this light and laser combo is awsome. I would recommend this to anybody who would want one. Viridian makes some of the best lasers out there.
