Jacob's Review of NcSTAR AR-15 Picatinny Handguard Rail

This product claims that it can be installed on either the top or the bottom of an A2 handguard, but this is not true. If you install it on the top it will press down on the gas tube. It fits on the bottom, but the screws included with the rail are not long enough to attach to the washers. I had to go to the hardware store to get longer screws.
