The main thing with this rail is you must have removable heat shields. You have to remove the heat shields and you may have to just barely open up the hole by a 30 second of an inch with a small file or Dremel you'd want the grommets to have to be pushed in a little bit of force applied. Then you reinstall the heat shields over the threaded inserts. This Is How They are intended to be installed. Not over top of the heat shields they will not fit in the screws will be too short
Pros:
- Good fit for full length carbine seven hole will work with six hole.
- Perfect for seven whole car being length hand guard will work for six hole with small adjustment
Cons:
- Must remove heat shield to install inserted grommets under heat shield proper installation method
