Most Helpful Positive Review Fits perfectly

This hand stop fit perfectly on my ar15 with mlock handguard. I don't understand why some people are saying it doesn't fit.....I would recommend this item. Comfortable and seems very well constructed.

Most Helpful Negative Review Chinese garbage do not buy.

The MLok fasteners on this item are not the correct dimensions and do not fit any standard MLOK handguard a real waste of time and money not to mention that delivery took forever. Don't waste your time

Works on Strikerail

I definitely see the issue with the hardware that others have already pointed out. It's a shame because this is a very comfortable addition to my Strike Industries Strike Rail handguard. Provides consistent hand placement for multiple grip styles, comfortably. If you KNOW it will fit your handguard, go for it.

Grip fits OK, the nuts are defective.

I had the same problem as other reviewers. The nuts are not M-Lok spec and will not rotate once in the slot. Since returning is a hassle, I'm going the route reviewer Duke did by getting some real M-Lok nuts.

Also, no more Vism products for me.

M-LOK does not fit

I called tech support at VISM and they told me to grind the T-nut to make it fit. I couldn't even get it out of the picattiny rail adapter without completely unscrewing it. I will not buy another product this company sells which is made in China.

Mlok doesn’t fit

Mlok design on the hand stop itself fits, but the tightening “mlok” lugs it comes with are too large for mlok pattern. The rectangular panel will fit into mlok, but once the panel breaks flush, they will not turn because the base of the lug is wider than it should be. Honestly looks like it would fit KeyMod but I doubled checked and I ordered the mlok version.

Measure twice machine once

Once I used some M lok nuts that I had it worked like a charm. The original M lok nuts that came with it are to big and would not rotate to clamp when tightened. The hand stop works great when installed so if you plan on getting it go a head and order Some M lok nuts for proper installation

VISM M Lok Hand Stop

I just received 10 of these little hand stops and the previous reviews were correct. They do not fit properly. There is a lug on the back side of the stop that I would guess is meant to stabilize the piece when installed. The problem is that the lug is in the wrong spot to enable the stop to lay flat on the handguard. I had to grind the lug off of mine in order to get the stop to lay flat, but it now works. For what they are getting for these things, it should self-install...

Cons:

Doesn't lay flat on the handguard until you do some filing.

Will Not Install - Defective Design

The M-Lok fasteners on this item are not designed properly. It will not install. The shaft of the locking cams are too large in diameter to allow the cam to turn 90 degrees once placed inside the hand guard.

Easy fit, looks and feels good

I don't understand the comments about it not fitting. I thought it was easy to mount. It takes up 2 slots - maybe they couldn't figure that out.

I really like it. It's small enough not to jut out, but it gives a good, repeatable hand position. Finish is good as well. For the price, it can't be beat.

Please do a test install of this product...it does not attach to an M-LOK.

I am attempting to return this item, but haven't heard back yet, but I advise others, buy something else -- save yourself the time and hassle of ordering, waiting, seeing it doesn't fit, then having to return.
