I think overall it's a good value and a very usable product, especially with the additional shear pouch and retention. The molle setup on the back, IMO should be more traditional, vertical only oriented, but that's just me. So I'm not super happy about the way the molle snaps are set up on the back, but it is workable and doesn't keep me from future purchases.

Holds my Cat tourniquet perfectly. Just ordered a set of shears for this one. I have a "go to: pouch on my belt. I am going to use these for my carriers and different bags. They are a great value.

Nice tourniquet holder for the price. Strap for securing the shears has only one small line of stitching. There really should be two otherwise the rating would have been a 5.

It's a tourniquet holder and it's just how it looks on the screen. What I like about this is that it was tan, so my FDE bag finally had a t-holder that wasn't black. Woohoo. Also, it has a very solid velcro overlap, by about 2 inches of good contact to the velcro.

Building a first aid kit and organizing everything. This is perfect for holding tourniquet and scissors. Good quality and great company to order from. Ships quickly and great prices. VISM products are top notch. I have ordered over 12 VISM products and have been more than satisfied with all of them. I really like the red cross on the tourniquet/tactical shear pouch attached to the first aid kit. I highly reccommend this product and optics planet.

Itll fit a TQ and a pair of shears nicely. Its a little flimsy and if not weaved correctly itll flap on a belt. The horizontal molle clips are kinda dumb but the vertical ones seems to be somewhat sturdy. Recommend it for bag use but definitely not for some high impact belt or vest.

Broken less than 1 minute out of package. Removed from the package and looking at the molle mounting straps. I was able to unsnap 1 of the horizontal straps, then realized I only needed to unsnap the vertical strap to attach to chest rig.
That didn't go very well. Pulling from the snap end of the strap, the snap pulled straight off the pouch. From what I see the snap back never fully penetrated the cordura/ canvas material and never mushroomed to secure the snap itself. I will send back for refund, wish I could upload pictures.

This is a great value when you have several TQ's and rubberbands ain't cuttin' it. I have TQ's on the outside of trauma kits inside my vehicles, on 3 plate carriers, and 2 battle belts, and in my EDC backpack (has inside molle). It you only run 1 or 2 TQ's, go buy the $20-$35 TQ holders, but if you are running more than 4 TQ's, I suggest you buy a few of these. One Con is they are kinda floppy it not up against other molle pouches.
