I bought mine about 5 years ago and have not had a single issue. It’s been a great addition to my AR. It fits well and easy to use. I like that it has several options for how you want the light and / or lazer to be set when you turn on the power.

Battery cover keeps coming off

The battery cover keeps coming off of this VISM vertical fore grip. Every time I shoot the shotgun it is on I have to remember to pick up the battery cover and the batteries! The light and laser both work if you can keep the battery cover on.

Vertical Grip, Gen II

Battery compartments are behind the push button switches. Look close on the sides to see which way to insert battery. Slide onto rail and close quick lock. Loosen nut, tighten allen head screw to take up slop, then tighten nut. Now Quick Lock is set. I mounted this on my KEL-TEC KSG 12 no problem.

Dissatisfied

Just received this product in the mail and noticed that it was damaged not the outside box but what was inside of it from the vendor. I tried to think past that but when I inserted the batteries to turn it on unfortunately nothing happened. Now I am working with customer service to try to figure out how to send it all back. Not sure if I would recommend this kind of a headache to someone else.
